Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory with high accuracy.
- Pack and label orders for shipment to ensure timely delivery.
- Perform regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the floor team to optimize workflow and resolve issues quickly.
Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic math skills for inventory management and scanning.
- Willingness to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Philadelphia location.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
