Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Efficiently process customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyors.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages and discrepancies, reporting issues immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace to prevent accidents.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and colleagues to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform repetitive motions.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
