Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely load, unload, and stage inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts, audit shipments, and ensure stock accuracy within the warehouse database.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing packages for damage and ensure proper labeling per Florida standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to OSHA regulations and company safety protocols at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with floor leads to resolve bottlenecks and meet daily KPIs.
- Package Sorting: Organize and sort packages by route and destination efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is highly preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Driver’s License: Valid Class C Driver’s License required.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
