Responsibilities
- Pack & Ship: Accurately pack, label, and ship customer orders using standard warehouse equipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners (certification provided upon hiring).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and keep the workspace clean and organized.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for defects or damage.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and have a reliable method of transportation to the Detroit facility.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Attitude: A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
