Responsibilities
- Sort, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet delivery deadlines.
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Perform regular inventory checks and stock replenishment on the sales floor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries regarding order status and products.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company operational policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
