Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure 100% accuracy and timely delivery.
- Inspect products for quality, safety, and damages before shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely after certification.
- Assist in inventory control, stocking, and organizing warehouse aisles.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours) and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and minimize errors.
- Physically capable of working in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and evening shifts.
