Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately fulfill customer orders using RF scanners and handheld devices within designated timeframes.
- Inventory Management: Assist in daily stock counts, cycle counts, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (certification provided if needed).
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages and ensure proper labeling.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace to prevent accidents.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to resolve operational issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Attitude: Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive work ethic.
