Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Organize and stock merchandise on shelves and storage racks to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts to ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks using proper lifting techniques.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding daily production goals and potential issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Willingness to work weekends and flexible shifts as needed.
