Responsibilities
- Operational Efficiency: Safely load, unload, and sort merchandise using proper equipment and techniques.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan and track inventory using handheld scanners to maintain real-time stock accuracy.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing freight for damage and ensure proper documentation is completed.
- Space Optimization: Organize warehouse aisles and storage areas to maximize efficiency and safety compliance.
- Equipment Handling: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse machinery in a safe manner.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with the ability to work overtime as needed.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when scanning items and documenting data.
- Communication: Basic English skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Eligibility: Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
