Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.
- Organize stock and inventory to ensure accuracy and efficient retrieval.
- Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs immediately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily operational goals and quotas.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits as directed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and strong math skills.
- Reliable transportation to the Columbus facility.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team environment.
