Responsibilities
- Operate Warehouse Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to process inventory.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate counts, inspections, and labeling of incoming and outgoing stock to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on speed and minimizing errors.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Quality Control: Conduct routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before shipping.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the morning shift team to ensure a seamless transition and continuity of operations.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to focus on tasks and maintain high accuracy in data entry and physical handling.
- Communication: Basic computer literacy and ability to communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
