Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process incoming and outgoing merchandise with accuracy and speed.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards before shipping.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping targets and operational goals.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and in compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
