Responsibilities
- Execute Operations: Perform receiving, picking, packing, and shipping orders efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain Safety: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and keep the workspace organized and hazard-free.
- Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation using handheld scanners.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and power jacks.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and colleagues to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and experience with barcode scanners or handheld devices is a plus.
- Reliability: Strong commitment to punctuality and attendance.
- Problem Solving: Ability to identify and report inventory discrepancies or safety concerns immediately.
