Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment to ensure high delivery standards.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels within the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and warehouse safety protocols at all times.
- Stock Organization: Organize warehouse aisles and storage areas to maximize efficiency and accessibility.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other associates to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with consistent availability.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality in fast-paced environments.
- Communication: Effective verbal communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly.
- Reliability: Proven history of punctuality and dependability.
- Basic Math: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for inventory and order processing.
