Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pick, pack, and prepare packages for delivery with high accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to prevent accidents.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment processes.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily throughput targets and performance metrics.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding shipment status with a professional and courteous demeanor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners is preferred.
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
- Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
