Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive and organize incoming stock to ensure accurate inventory levels and product availability.
- Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout by rotating stock and straightening displays.
- Customer Assistance: Provide friendly and helpful service to customers while on the sales floor.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or hand trucks to move heavy goods as required.
- Loss Prevention: Monitor the sales floor for potential theft or safety hazards and report them immediately.
- Stockroom Maintenance: Keep the stockroom tidy and accessible for efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: We provide comprehensive on-the-job training for all candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexible shifts.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and be punctual.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic addition and inventory counting.
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with fellow team members.
