Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor immediately upon entering the store.
- Assist customers in locating products, answering product-related questions, and making recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
- Restock inventory and organize shelves according to company visual standards.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for cash handling.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
