Responsibilities
- Greet & Assist Customers: Provide exceptional service to all shoppers, answering questions and ensuring a positive in-store experience.

- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, assist with periodic inventory counts, and report discrepancies immediately.
- Store Operations: Support the opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, security checks, and maintaining a clean environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow associates to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability in previous work or academic settings.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift merchandise up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with cash registers and basic financial transactions.
