Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a premium level of service and product knowledge.
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash/card transactions accurately and securely.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including security checks and inventory counts.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing to enhance the customer experience.
- Process returns and exchanges efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Support team members during peak evening hours to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM – 10:00 PM) and weekends.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the store for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for accurate cash handling.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
