Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to all visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including security checks and cash reconciliation.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Collaborate with the floor team to meet daily sales targets and inventory goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with a positive attitude and problem-solving approach.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and operational standards at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Previous retail or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation and strict punctuality.
