Responsibilities
- Monitor premises and deter suspicious activity through visible patrols
- Operate security systems including CCTV and access control
- Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency services
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs
- Provide exceptional customer service to venue patrons
- Enforce safety protocols and crowd control measures
- Collaborate with team members during shift transitions
Qualifications
- Must be 21+ years old (required for alcohol-serving venues)
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Strong communication and de-escalation skills
- Basic computer proficiency for report writing
- Flexible availability Friday-Sunday nights (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Previous security experience preferred but not required
