Responsibilities
- Monitor premises and deter security threats through patrols and surveillance
- Respond to alarms and incidents with calm professionalism
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and staff
- Operate security systems including CCTV and access control
- Collaborate with law enforcement during emergency situations
- Conduct safety inspections and recommend improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Valid Washington State Guard Card (training provided)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong observational and communication skills
- Flexibility to work weekends (Fri-Sun) 10 PM - 6 AM
- Basic computer literacy for reporting systems
- Clean background check and drug-free
- First Aid/CPR certification (preferred)
