Responsibilities
- Monitor premises via surveillance systems and patrols to prevent security breaches
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents following established protocols
- Document all activities and incidents in detailed shift reports
- Verify visitor credentials and enforce access control procedures
- Collaborate with law enforcement during emergency situations
- Maintain communication with central dispatch and on-site management
- Conduct regular equipment checks to ensure operational readiness
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Security Officer License (required)
- Minimum 1 year security or related experience
- Strong observational and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Proficient in surveillance technology and reporting systems
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible availability for weekend nights (Fri-Sun 10PM-6AM)
