Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers and providing product recommendations with a smile.
- Process sales transactions quickly and accurately using the POS system.
- Stock merchandise, organize shelves, and ensure the store is visually appealing and well-maintained.
- Assist in inventory management, including price changes and stock counts.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve weekly sales goals and promotional targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is required.
