Responsibilities

- Provide remote customer support via chat/email for online order inquiries
- Collaborate with team on inventory management and stock replenishment
- Participate in virtual product training sessions to stay updated on trends
- Assist with digital inventory audits using mobile technology
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic tech tools
- Strong communication skills for both in-person and digital interactions
