Responsibilities
- Stock and organize merchandise in assigned departments before store opening
- Operate pallet jacks and maintain accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless store transition
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe stockroom areas
- Rotate products according to FIFO principles to prevent spoilage
- Assist with receiving and processing deliveries
- Adhere to company safety and merchandising standards
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Early morning availability (typically 4:00 AM - 10:00 AM)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred
