Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to provide superior service and drive sales through product recommendations and promotions.
- Restock and organize merchandise to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently for all transactions.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries and processing returns.
- Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to all safety and operational policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for shift overlap.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, friendly attitude.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Proficiency with computers and mobile devices.
