Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge, size assistance, and style recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Execute visual merchandising standards including stock rotation, display updates, and floor maintenance
- Collaborate with team members on inventory management, receiving, and loss prevention protocols
- Contribute to sales goals through upselling techniques and loyalty program enrollment
- Participate in store operations including opening/closing procedures and safety compliance
- Adapt to seasonal promotions and fast-paced retail environments with energy and positivity
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and transaction processing
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Proficiency with technology including POS systems and mobile applications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
