Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor upon entering the store.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor according to company standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Assist with stock replenishment, inventory counts, and merchandise displays.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product features, availability, and promotions.
- Support store management with special events and promotional activities.
- Ensure the safety and security of all customers and merchandise at all times.
Qualifications
- No prior retail or sales experience is required; we value attitude and work ethic over history.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
