Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering questions regarding our inventory.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the register, including handling cash and credit cards.
- Restock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak weekend hours.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
