Responsibilities
- Stock shelves, displays, and storage areas with merchandise in an organized and efficient manner
- Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying accuracy against purchase orders
- Rotate stock according to FIFO (First-In-First-Out) principles to ensure freshness
- Maintain clean and orderly sales floor, storage areas, and backroom facilities
- Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless store operations
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to management
Qualifications
- Previous stocking or retail experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 1:00 PM)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and commitment to maintaining store standards
