Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise in the early morning hours (4:00 AM - 11:00 AM)
- Stock shelves, displays, and storage areas according to planograms
- Rotate products to ensure freshness and comply with FIFO principles
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe stockroom environments
- Collaborate with overnight crew and morning managers for seamless operations
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to supervisors
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (with certification), and other warehouse equipment
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to arrive by 4:00 AM
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays during peak seasons
- Positive attitude and commitment to safety protocols
