Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a warm, professional demeanor and assist them with product selection.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the register, handling cash and digital payments.
- Restock merchandise and ensure store displays are visually appealing and organized.
- Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment in accordance with company standards.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with the floor team to achieve daily sales targets.
- Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (Weekend Availability Required).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
