Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon entry.
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise to maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions, process returns, and ensure accurate register balancing.
- Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards and store displays.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
