Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Stock shelves and organize displays to maintain a clean, safe, and inviting store environment.
- Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and handle cash responsibly.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and store policies promptly and accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines and operational procedures during opening and closing shifts.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends only (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and price checking.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
