Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, personalized service to every customer who walks through our doors, ensuring a memorable shopping experience.
- Maintain a pristine and organized sales floor, ensuring products are displayed attractively and accurately to drive sales.
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect products, explaining features and benefits with enthusiasm and technical proficiency.
- Process sales transactions quickly and accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Restock inventory during off-peak hours to ensure high product availability and visual standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently, as this is a critical requirement.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs) as needed.
- Familiarity with technology and eagerness to learn new systems quickly.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
