Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional service to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while maintaining strict accountability and accuracy.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking shelves, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Perform basic data entry and record-keeping tasks related to sales and returns.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or cashier roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong basic math skills with a high degree of accuracy in cash handling.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, approachable attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Reliable internet connection and computer proficiency for remote administrative tasks.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
