Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers to the store, ensuring a premium and professional atmosphere.
- Assist customers in finding the perfect products, demonstrating features and benefits effectively.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked at all times.
- Collaborate with the floor team to ensure seamless operations during busy weekend rushes.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with patience and empathy.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restock needs to management.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Enthusiastic attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
