Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently, processing payments and managing returns.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and maintain inventory accuracy according to company standards.
- Ensure the sales floor and restrooms are clean, organized, and well-maintained throughout your shift.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, primarily on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new POS software quickly.
