Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a welcoming and professional store environment.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Organize and maintain product displays to ensure optimal visual appeal and inventory availability.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with patience and professionalism.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and cycle counts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new POS systems quickly.
- Reliable transportation and a valid ID.
