Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service by answering product inquiries and assisting with selections.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Organize and merchandise the sales floor to ensure a clean, appealing, and safe shopping environment.
- Restock inventory and replenish displays to maintain optimal product levels.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and maintain high standards of visual presentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but training is provided.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
