Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Assist in maintaining store appearance, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly sales targets and promotional goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock room organization as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy.
