Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and sales techniques
- Process transactions accurately and maintain organized checkout stations
- Execute visual merchandising standards to enhance store presentation
- Operate POS systems and handle cash/card transactions securely
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory accuracy during weekend operations
- Assist with inventory counts and shipment processing as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless weekend operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 6 PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with POS systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for weekend shifts
