Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and assist with product inquiries
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Manage inventory and organize merchandise displays
- Maintain clean and organized store environment
- Operate cash registers and handle daily cash reconciliation
- Support promotional events and merchandising activities
- Adhere to all safety and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- Available to work weekends (Saturdays/Sundays) 8am-5pm
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation to downtown Indianapolis
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Must be 18+ years old
- Flexible schedule availability a plus
