Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service to weekend shoppers across fashion, accessories, and home goods categories
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system while maintaining cash handling standards
- Execute visual merchandising plans to create inviting in-store displays
- Assist with inventory management including receiving, stocking, and markdowns
- Collaborate with weekend team to ensure seamless store operations during peak hours
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and product knowledge
- Participate in weekend floorwalks to maintain store presentation standards
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for transaction processing
- Flexible availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm shifts)
- Attention to detail in visual merchandising and inventory tasks
