Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and style guidance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Execute visual merchandising and store maintenance standards
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Participate in weekend floor shifts (10 AM - 8 PM)
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work every weekend (Sat/Sun)
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be 18+ years old
- Knowledge of fashion/trends a plus
