Responsibilities
- Greet customers with genuine enthusiasm and provide personalized shopping recommendations
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining a clean, organized sales floor
- Curate and merchandise vintage displays to showcase unique inventory
- Operate POS systems and handle cash/credit card transactions securely
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming shopping atmosphere
- Participate in weekend promotions and special events
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and occasional holidays
- Passion for vintage fashion or local Nashville culture
- Reliable transportation to our Music Valley location
