Responsibilities
- Unload and process incoming shipments efficiently
- Stock shelves according to planograms and rotation schedules
- Ensure all products are accurately priced and labeled
- Maintain organized, clean, and safe stockroom areas
- Execute inventory counts and stock reconciliation
- Collaborate with overnight team to achieve daily goals
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
Qualifications
- Ability to work 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM shifts consistently
- Previous stocking/retail experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic math and inventory skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid California driver's license (if operating equipment)
- Ability to work in fast-paced, refrigerated environments
