Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product selection and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor remains clean and visually appealing at all times.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash, credit, and gift cards.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales goals and maintain high service standards.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and organizing stock rooms.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including security checks and equipment preparation.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges efficiently according to company policy.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Must be available to work weekends consistently (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
