Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist in maintaining the visual appeal and organization of the sales floor and stockroom.
- Process customer transactions accurately at the point of sale, ensuring all policies are followed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and inventory targets.
- Restock merchandise and ensure product availability throughout the weekend shifts.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate a point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and communication.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
